Kerry is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina and Georgia and a South Carolina Registered Forester. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Forest Resource Management with a minor in Environment Science from Clemson University. He is also a South Carolina prescribed fire manager.
Growing up in Manning, Kerry formed a great appreciation for the natural areas of the South and its history. He understands how land has shaped its regions and our diverse culture. He has managed wildlife restoration projects for well-known quail plantations, and worked with landowners on waterfowl habitat construction. He has experience with land transactions, timber marketing, forest management, conservation easements and land use planning. He has worked on historic plantations, large recreational tracts, small privately owned tracts, industrial timber tracts, and family farms. He can inform you on a property’s capabilities and the cost associated with land ownership. Kerry lives with his wife Ashley and son Beau in the Heathwood area of Columbia.
