Kerry is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina and a South Carolina Registered Forester. He is also a South Carolina prescribed fire manager.
Growing up in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Kerry formed a great appreciation for South and its history. He sees how land and it's uses have shaped our region and produced our spectacular culture. He has managed wildlife restoration projects for well-known quail plantations, and worked with landowners on waterfowl habitat construction. His diverse background has given him a broad range of skills, from real estate transactions, timber sales, forest management, conservation easements and land use planning. He has worked with some of the south's most iconic plantations, large recreational tracts, small privately owned tracts, industrial timber tracts, and family farms. He can tell you a property’s capabilities and the cost associated with land ownership. He can find the property that best fits your needs or market your current property to make the most for you.
Kerry, his wife, Ashley and their son, Beau live in the Heathwood area of Columbia.
