American Forest Management has been engaged by a timberland investment owner to solicit sealed bids from interested participants for three separate timberland offerings known as Gilman II Timberlands (Timberlands).
The offering is comprised of a combined 6,044± acres of professionally managed forestland located in Northeast Florida. The Timberlands will be offered for sale in three separate packages with consideration of Package 1 and Package 2 as one package. Each property will be offered in its entirety through a single-phase bid sale event. Interested parties are welcome to bid on all or the combination previously mentioned. All three properties will require an individual bid.
Professionally managed as industrial timberland for many decades, each package offers investment grade timberland in a very desirable timberland region with a diverse age class distribution. A majority of the plantations are improved slash with various acres being improved loblolly. All properties have legal access with two properties having road frontage. There is a 699-acre timber deed located on Package 1. All properties have well maintained hunting lease programs. The combination of nearby domestic and foreign market outlets, productive site qualities and the option of acquiring one or more of the properties make this an excellent timberland acquisition opportunity.
American Forest Management has set up an electronic data room containing property information for bidders to use as they evaluate the Timberlands. All prospective bidders who execute the appropriate Confidentiality Agreement/s (CA), located below, will be granted access to the data room. The data room will be accessible to prospective bidders on April 18, 2016.

Prospective bidders are invited to participate in the process upon complete execution of the CA. The sale timeline is generally described as:
- April 18, 2016 - Data room will be available.
- April 25, 2016 - Property is accessible to prospective bidders.
- June 17, 2016 - Bids are due.
- July 29, 2016 - Estimated closing date.
