HURON TIMBERS – BURNT MOUNTAIN CREEK TRACT
The Burnt Mountain Creek Tract is made up of 306.82 Acres of beautiful Northern Hardwood and Hemlock forest land. Property is at the southern base of Burnt Mountain and has a good interior gravel road system. Property features a pond and gravel pit.
The Huron Timbers package is made up of 12 individual tracts that range in size from 160-600 acres. Tracts can be purchased individually, in combination, or in their entirety.
Huron Timbers is located nearby the infamous Huron Mountain Club, has an extensive history of being professionally managed for exceptional timber growth while focusing on wildlife and recreational use. Property is located less than 50 miles northwest of the City of Marquette. All the Huron Timber tracts are located behind a gated, private road. All interested parties must be accompanied by an AFMLS representative. Tours can be arranged by appointment.
