Property Description

The tract is a great combination of a recreational tract with house site potential and a long-term timberland investment (pine planted in ~2005).  It fronts on VA Highway 40 for approximately 527 feet and also on Firetower Road (SR 754) for approximately 1,740 feet near Lunenburg Courthouse.  The tract also has frontage on Crouches Creek, which, along with the 20 acres of hardwood bottomland, adds to the recreational value of the property.  The tract has generally flat to rolling topography until you approach Crouches Creek.
