The central part of the tract is covered with large loblolly Pines mixed with hardwoods. To the north and south of this are hardwood stands dominated by large Oaks and other hardwoods. A small creek makes the southern boundary. 

There are a few small fields totaling about ±2.5 acres. Most of the property has a gentle slope and would lend itself to being converted to pasture, especially where pines are now dominant. The areas visible along the road are mostly covered in younger trees.

The Oak Hollow Tract is about ±15 miles from Abbeville, ±18 miles from downtown Anderson, ±45 miles from downtown Greenville, and ±60 miles from Athens, GA. From downtown Anderson (courthouse area) head south on Murray Ave. (Hwy 81) for about ±2 miles then turn left onto Abbeville Hwy (Hwy 28).  Continue on south Abbeville Hwy for about ±12 miles and cross the Abbeville County line.  About ±2 miles past the county line, Gin House Road will turn to the right in the Antreville community.  Take Gin House road and you will come to Hwy 184 almost immediately.  Cross straight over Hwy 184 to continue on Gin House Road.  About one mile past Hwy 184, the property will begin on both sides of Gin House Road.
