  • Smaller Tracts – Consists of 17 properties totaling 5,306 ± GIS acres and ranging in size from 70 to 843± GIS acres located in Breathitt, Clay, Estill, Jackson, Knox, Lee, Leslie, and Owsley Counties, Kentucky.

The Timberlands are being offered in their entirety with no option for subdivision.

TKY Timberlands have a long history of quality timberland management influenced by investment parameters designed for maximizing timber production, rather than immediate cash flows, while maintaining the highest and best use of the land. As a result of this management approach, the properties are currently certified under the American Tree Farm® Standard. MINERALS OWNERSHIP

As is typical in this region, the minerals are not owned by the Seller. DATA ROOM
