Wilson Creek Tract is a productive timberland investment and hunting tract south of Anderson, SC.  Deer are abundant.  Timber is well stocked and growing fast.  

The property holds more than 100 acres of planted loblolly pine established in 1993 and 1996. Trees were fertilized in 2000, and had a first thinning in 2011 and second thinning in 2020.  There are good internal roads for access and some small openings for food plots.  Attachments include timber stand maps, volume summary, management history and soils maps.  

The tract is mostly pine but joins the Army Corps land along Wilson Creek less than a mile from where it feeds into Lake Russell. This public land is open to use by an adjoining landowner to enjoy the large creek and big hardwoods. Pictures of the creek were taken from the Army Corps land, near but not on the subject property.

Excellent access for multiple home sites with great frontage on Lake Secession Road (becomes Flat Rock Road at Anderson County line) for over 3,000 feet.  The property is about 18 road miles from downtown Anderson and about 47 road miles from downtown Greenville.
