American Forest Management, Inc. (AFM) is pleased to announce that Matt Rourke has earned a Certified General Appraiser License in Washington and Oregon.

Matt has 23 years of experience in timberland management, forest investment analysis, and rural land and timberland appraisal, including 17 years with AFM and International Forestry Consultants, Inc.He hasevaluated land and timber resourcesin each of the states in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States.Additionally, Matt has timberland appraisal experience in theU.S.South.He is a Registered Professional Forester in California and a Society of American Foresters (SAF) Certified Forester. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from the University of Washington. He is based in AFM’s Kirkland, Washington, office.
